Thank you for shopping with Born Righteous. Below you will find our shipping terms and conditions for orders within Denmark and abroad.
1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM (CET) or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping costs are automatically calculated during checkout, based on the weight and destination of your order. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Domestic (Denmark): 1-5 business days
- EU Countries: 3-7 business days
- International (non-EU): 5-14 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen delays, such as customs processing for international orders.
3. Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over 499 DKK within Denmark.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. Born Righteous is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.
5. Tracking and Delivery
All shipments come with a tracking number, which will be provided via email once your package has been dispatched. You can track your order through the carrier’s website using the provided number.
6. Missed or Lost Deliveries
In the case of missed deliveries, the carrier may attempt re-delivery or leave a note with instructions. Born Righteous is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been confirmed as delivered. 7. Shipping to Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote or rural areas may take longer than standard delivery times. In such cases, there may be additional shipping fees, which will be indicated at checkout.
8. Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at bornrighteousxy@gmail.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.
9. Returns and Exchanges
